Who We Are

Kelly Scott	After studying architecture and business at the University of Utah, Kelly concentrated on the insurance industry, getting his Certified Life Underwriter designation from the American College. He has worked in construction and business since 1975. He brings a mix of business sense and construction knowledge to CBS.
Mike Brandon	Mike Brandon is a successful project manager with more than 30 years of experience as an innovative, top-level professional. All projects have been delivered on time and under budget, exceeding client expectations. Mr. Brandon had managed over 40 projects during the past six years ranging from $2.2 million to $50,000. These have included construction at water and wastewater facilities; security and vulnerability assessments; Value Engineering studies in transportation, construction, process improvement, and environmental damage mitigation.
Mark Polasek	Mark Polatsek is a real estate professional with 17 years in the industry, and 11 years in property management. He learned firsthand how many structural problems the average home could develop, from rotted wood, water damaged drywall, to insect infestations. He is passionate about building green homes which are strong, safe, low maintenance, long lasting, and energy efficient.
